Prices and Promotions

The prices of the products available on this Clos de Luz website are valid and applicable solely through this channel, and may not necessarily correspond to those offered at other sales points or by authorized distributors. Similarly, the promotions available on this site may differ from those offered through other marketing channels used by the winery.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase. The request must be formalized within this period, and the refund will be made in accordance with the credit card administrator's policy used for the purchase, or within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) business days in cases of payment by bank transfer or deposit.

To exercise this right, the products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, opening, or consumption, and in their original packaging.

Faulty Products

In the event of receiving a product with original defects or damage during transport (including broken bottles, breached security seals, or damaged packaging), the customer should contact our support channels promptly.

It is essential to preserve the faulty product so that it can be assessed. The exchange will proceed provided the product is in its original packaging and in suitable conditions for review.

If our team confirms that the defect is not due to improper handling or incorrect storage by the customer, an exchange for an identical or equivalent quality product will be processed within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) calendar days.

The return of goods must always be in their original packaging.
