Dispatch Policy

Delivery Address:

The products will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer during registration on the website and in accordance with the timelines indicated at checkout. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete. Scheduling a specific delivery time is not possible. Please ensure someone is available at the designated address to receive the package. Should the first delivery attempt fail, an additional fee might be applied for a subsequent attempt. If no one is available to receive the package after the second attempt, the product will be returned to our warehouse, and collection must be coordinated.

Shipping and Delivery Timelines:

Shipping and delivery timelines commence once written confirmation of the order is received and are considered in business days for these purposes. The release of the order is subject to payment confirmation and credit validation by financial entities.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be specified along with the purchase price at the time of confirmation and payment of the order.
