The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon achieved 91 points thanks to its elegant and nuanced nose, where precise ripeness blends with delicate, perfectly integrated oak notes. The palate displayed medium body, firm tannins, and a balanced finish that also honors the typicity of Cachapoal. Meanwhile, the 2015 Carmenère received 90 points; it showcased ink and fresh herb nuances, dusty tannins, and a savory character. These evaluations confirm the qualitative consistency of our minimal intervention vinifications.
