Azuda
Azuda are the centuries-old water mills declared Historical monuments and still operational in Clos de Luz. Wines with great acidity, very fine tannins, and excellent persistence. Fermentation in concrete vats and aging in clay amphorae.

The Syrah, sourced from slopes with granitic soils, is fermented in concrete vats to enhance the wine's structure and tannins.
